Sugar free recipes

Missing soft drinks? Get yourself some natural mineral or soda water & make this sugar free cordial, tastes similar to lemonade.

Combine 1.5 cups xylitol (1.75-2 cups erythritol), 1 cup boiling water and 1-2 tsp citric acid (available in the baking section of your supermarket or in bulk from continental/speciality stores) 
Stir until dissolved & store in fridge in glass. How much you use is a matter of personal taste. A warning: xylitol will cause bloating
if too much is consumed. Each person's tolerance differs, so please just start off with one drink until you can ascertain your tolerance level.
